Your role

  • Autonomously carry out pre-sales and sales activities such as:

    • Lead qualification and conversion
    • Product presentations and demonstrations
    • Preparation of pricing quotations and offers
    • Preparation of tender submissions and project implementation proposals
    • CRM data management
    • Opportunity management
  • Support account management activities, customer success and churn reduction through:

    • Delivering tool training and coaching
    • Organizing frequent status calls with our clients
    • Identifying and creating upselling opportunities
    • Managing software subscription renewals
  • Develop and support our international partner management program to strengthen our comprehensive service offering

  • Foster our Go-to-Market strategy with activities such as:

    • Supporting our Marketing team with content creation for our website and social media
    • Supporting and executing webinars and digital events
    • Supporting the organization and execution of in-person events
  • Collaborate closely with the team in our collective efforts towards the achievement of our goals and objectives

  • Master the knowledge of our products and processes to excel in your responsibilities as a Sales Consultant (no prior technical knowledge required)

Your profile

  • Completed university degree, preferably in Business, Sales or Engineering (no technical knowledge required)

  • Native level English

  • Previous working experience in B2B or software sales is a strong advantage but not a must

  • You enjoy working with customers, are goal-oriented, and distinguish yourself through excellent communication skills and assertiveness

  • You have technical affinity and even in difficult situations you have the ability to stay calm, analyze problems and topics in detail, and find creative solutions

  • You possess a strong teamworking ability, as well as the ability to work independently

  • You are a confident and capable presenter

  • Ability to work on-site at the BOC office in Vienna is essential

The present position is offered for a minimum gross salary of 3,000 EUR/month (subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for a full-time employment). Higher payment according to qualification and experience is possible.
